All Sales are final and we do not offer refunds. There is a small window open to cancel your order before it is shipped. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 24 hours, and must be made before the order is shipped. Otherwise all sales are final and we do not take returns.
If any items are damaged in transit, they can be returned for refund. Please take pictures immediately of the damaged items and packaging upon arrival. Email us the pictures, order number and order information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used can not be returned, no refunds, no returns.
